2017 – 2022

Software Development Manager

Oversee activities of machine and application software development teams throughout SDLC. Provide project management and technical leadership for every aspect of software. Analyse user and product requirements that outline project specifications and translate needs into technical solutions in collaboration with the teams. Establish standards and processes for delivery of scalable and high-quality software. Prepare lifecycle for complex projects, inclusive of research, design, coding, debugging, application testing, and product management. Direct periodic system and user acceptance testing pre/post deployment.

  • Achieved fully compliant IEC 62304 SDLC process including risk management and usability engineering

Projectmanager – Technical Applications Healthcare

Defined clear deliverable, roles, and responsibilities for R&D staff members required for several project initiatives. Researched and evaluated supporting software applications and options, and weighed cost/benefit analysis. Prepared test strategies and procedures to ensure process compliance and optimization.  Executed manual and automated scripts (front-end and backend) using SQL queries, leading by example. Supervised updates and maintenance of supportive production environments to ensure effective use. 

  • Spearheaded release of pilot services for IBM applications that assisted with facilitating software engineering.
  • Rolled out Digital Signatures CFR 21 – part 11 (FDA) software.

Installed, configured, tested CI/CD systems and by monitored them for malfunctions and errors. Collaborated with developers to identify possible solutions, evaluate bottlenecks, and implement fixes. Trained engineering teams on updated release management process and test management and monitoring tools. Remained abreast of latest advancements in technology and best practices.

  • Wrote custom reusable template scripts that increased system efficiency and lower time on any CIO/CD tasks.

Developed comprehensive plans that merged with customer requirements. Monitored progress to provide scheduled reports/actionable feedback on measurable items, such as technical milestones. Proposed modifications on project plans in response to changing requirements. Controlled acquisition of resources and tools by negotiating agreements with suitable vendors in collaboration with all stakeholders.

  • Initiated IBM RTC tooling to archive, plan and organize software in an agile environment.
  • Responsible for location Eindhoven in multisite project (BRNO) by discovering solutions and creating course material for technical activities.

Projectmanager – Automated Reticle Inline Transmission

  • Setup high level architecture and design for multidisciplinary teams
  • Managed the project execution throughout the project within budget
  • Achieved inline automated reticle transmission measurement leading to a much faster, efficient and more accure measurement that support the lens heating functionality. The original measurement was not automated and led to a 4 hour downtime of the machine, with less accurate measurements.
